Raiden, also known as Jack, is formerly known as Jack the Ripper, the White Devil, and Snake, a mercenary and former Special Forces soldier. As a child soldier under the tutelage of Solidus Snake (who is the murderer of his family.) Jack was born in Liberia in the 1980s during the Liberian Civil War.After the Big Shell incident, he becomes a cyborg.
