Tom Ridgewell

Appearance:
Tom wears a blue hoodie and has large spiky hair (which he humorously calls “Steve” in the episode “Moving Targets”).
He has no eyes, and his head is spherical.
Sometimes, Tom is shown wearing dark blue jeans, while at other times, he wears normal grey leg-wear.
His shoes are checkered, arranged like a chessboard.
Tom is the shortest among the main characters (compared to Edd, Matt, and Tord).
Eyes:
Tom’s eyes started off as a black line, but later transitioned into empty, black sockets.
This unique trait was inherited from a bowling ball (which Tom considers his “mother”).
Originally, TomSka (the creator) suggested replacing Tom’s unibrow with black circles for easier animation. However, Edd decided to portray them simply as empty sockets.
Personality:
Tom is generally portrayed as cynical, pessimistic, and cold.
He can be both smart and stupid, depending on the situation.
Tom doesn’t usually get along with others, such as Matt or Tord.
He is addicted to alcohol, particularly Smirnoff, and deeply cares for his bass guitar (which he affectionately calls “Susan”).
Tom’s Parents:
In the episode “Fun Dead,” Tom’s “mother” was a bowling ball, and his “father” was a pineapple (explaining the lack of eyes and spiky hair).
In a flashback in “25ft Under the Seat,” Tom’s “father” was drawn as a watermelon.
Quotes:
Tom is known for saying “Lame…” and “Holy ________” (fill in the blank with various exclamations like "Holy pony eating macaroni!" or "Holy cookie in a sharpener!").
Variations:
Tom from the Future appears in the episode “WTFuture.” His future self wears a high-tech visor in place of eyes, revealing that he took a laser to the face and developed cancer.
There’s also a character named Tamara, who is an alternate version of Tom.

Tom is voiced by Thomas Ridgewell (also known as TomSka), who is an English YouTuber, actor, writer, producer, director, and filmmaker. He contributed to Eddsworld from 2004 to 2016.
