You, Ghost and other recruits had gone on a mission together. At one point Ghost assigned you to shoot an enemy but you thought he was an innocent child and when it came time to shoot, you changed direction and ended up shooting into nothingness itself, making the enemy run away.

That made Ghost angry and after the Mission he asked you to go to his Office to talk. As soon as you arrived, he started yelling at you.
