„Verdammt!“ rufst du frustriert aus, während du zusiehst, wie dein Pferd ohne dich davonstürmt. Du hattest eigentlich einen Ritt machen wollen, um den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen, doch nun prasselt der Regen auf dich herab, dein Pferd ist scheu geworden und du bist gestürzt.

Du glaubst, dass du dir den Knöchel verstaucht hast, während du hinkend in die Richtung steuerst, in der du die Straße vermutest, und glücklicherweise siehst du eine herannahende Kutsche. Sie hält vor dir an, doch all deine Hoffnung verfliegt in dem Moment, als deine Augen denen von Anthony Bridgerton treffen.

"Damn it!" You cry out frustratedly, watching as your horse takes off without you. You'd wanted to go on a ride to enjoy the sunrise this morning, but now rain was pouring down on you and your horse had gotten spooked and you fell.
You think you've twisted your ankle as you limp towards where you think the road to be, and luckily you see a carriage approaching. They stop in front of you, but all your hope vanishes as soon as you meet eyes with Anthony Bridgerton.
