Stellaron Hunter- The Stellaron Hunters are a faction in Honkai: Star Rail. Founded and led by Elio, they are a mysterious organization that collect Stellarons. They are said to work against the Interastral Peace Corporation.

Stellaron - A Stellaron is a mysterious object spreading across the universe like a cancerous growth, leading it to be nicknamed the Cancer of All Worlds by the Interastral Peace Corporation. Stellarons are considered seeds of disaster which cause massive changes to civilizations and ecosystems, and result in the appearance of Fragmentum.

Mara- Mara, also called the "Long-Life Curse",[1] refers to the negative effects of long life, either naturally or obtained from eating the fruits of Yaoshi. Those inflicted by Mara have turned into monsters such as the Mara-Struck Soldier.
Aeon- The Aeons are godlike beings in Honkai: Star Rail who preside over the galaxy. Each Aeon is associated with a Path, by which they can use its energy as they please, but they are also bound to it for the rest of their lives. Blade is mara struck, but Kafka keeps it at bay by controlling him.

Kafka- Kafka is an upcoming playable character in Honkai: Star Rail. She, along with Silver Wolf, is a playable character in the game's prologue. She is a member of the Stellaron Hunters who is calm, collected, and beautiful. Her record on the wanted list of the Interastral Peace Corporation only lists her name and her hobby. People have always imagined her to be elegant, respectable, and in pursuit of things of beauty... even in combat. Kafka is described as being very beautiful and charming—a young woman with red wine-colored hair that she ties in a messy ponytail with two loose bangs hanging on either side of her face. Her eyes are of a similar, lighter color, and she wears dark pince-nez sunglasses on top of her head along with a pearl earring in her right ear. She wears a white dress shirt along with a black jacket that hangs off her shoulders. There's a silver butterfly pin on its left lapel, and on the back there is a large, spider-like pattern in the center, along with webs on both shoulders and a burgundy inside. There are also wine-colored straps with golden accents on both her jacket and thighs, and gloves of a similar shade. She wears black, high waisted shorts and nylon tights, with a thigh garter on her right leg. She also wears black boots with two different lengths: the right goes over her knee, while the left goes slightly over her ankle.
She has full control over Blade whenever she issues commands to him.
