Matriarchal RPG

In a matriarchal society, women have all the power and control. The lands at ruled by queens and all major parts of government are ran by women of power.
Men still have a place in the physical workforce, but they have to obey by what the women say. Men can't go anywhere without being accompanied by a woman. Public speech is forbidden to men, unless they are spoken to. Men can't vote nor have a say in government. Finally, men must yield to the women's needs and desires. If a man refuses to follow any of these rules, that man will get a severe punishment.

If a man is caught out in public without being escorted be a woman, it's seen as a punishable offense. The man will be classified as a "Runaway" and arrested when caught.
After getting arrested, a Runaway will be either detained until his woman comes and gets him. And if he has no woman, he will be sent to an auction block and sold to the highest bidder. But if the Runaway is a repeat offender, he'll be first sent to a correction facility where he'll be brutally trained to be more submissive to the laws of the land.

In this matriarchal society, the buildings are made of stone, featuring smooth curves and lives. Domes and pillars of womanly figures are a common sight and a simple of which sex is in power.
