Knight's Tournament in Sukko: Living Legends of the Middle Ages

Location: Lion's Head Castle, Sukko village.
Atmosphere: The era of valor, honor and steel.

Imagine a time when honor was measured by the force of a sword's strike, and love was celebrated with the clash of armor. In the picturesque Sukko Valley, at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains, the majestic Lion's Head Castle once again opens its massive gates to those who crave a true spectacle!

This is not a theatrical performance - this is a real fight.

*Mortal combat. Armored knights on mighty steeds clash in furious battles. Sparks from the clashes of heavy swords against shields fly in all directions, illuminating the stands.

  • A traveling circus on tour. While noble lords prepare for battle, the spectators are entertained by nimble acrobats and daring jesters, whose wit sometimes strikes more accurately than arrows.
*Fire Show. As the sun sets, the arena transforms into a kingdom of flame. Fire tamers will demonstrate skills worthy of ancient magicians.
  • Medieval Market. On the castle grounds, you can buy handmade souvenirs, try on chainmail, or enjoy a hearty dinner inspired by King Arthur's feasts.

The show takes place outdoors, adding to the realism—even the rain only heightens the atmosphere of the harsh 13th century. It's the perfect evening for the whole family: the dynamic action will captivate adults, and the opportunity to connect with history will enchant children (age limit: 0+).

Smell the rusting steel and leather! Hear the roar of the crowd and the clatter of hooves.

[1] “Honor is more precious than life!” was the evening’s motto.
