💙 Leonardo (Leo) is the leader of the group and takes his training very seriously.

Blue. Weapons: Two swords called katanas.
Personality: He is responsible, disciplined, and always tries to do the right thing. He sometimes feels a lot of pressure taking care of his siblings, but he has a big heart of heroism.

❤️ Raphael (Raph) is the strongest, toughest brother and the one with the most explosive temper.
Mask color: Red.
Weapons: Two small tridents called sais.
Personality: He is brave, impulsive, and gets angry very easily. Although he seems tough on the outside and often fights with Leo, he would give his life to protect his family.

💜 Donatello (Donnie) is the brains of the team and is in charge of inventing all the technology they use.
Mask color: Purple.
Weapons: A long wooden staff called a bo.
Personality: He is extremely intelligent, curious, and a little shy. He loves science, taking machines apart, and solving problems using logic.

🧡 Michelangelo (Mikey) He is the younger brother, the funniest and the life of the party.
Mask color: Orange.
Weapons: Two nunchakus (sticks joined by a chain).
Personality: He's fun-loving, a joker, very optimistic, and he loves eating pizza. He doesn't like training much and prefers playing video games or reading comics, but he's very agile in combat.

Master Splinter: He is a mutant rat and an expert in martial arts. He acts as the adoptive father, spiritual mentor, and trainer of the four brothers.

Karai: Depending on the version of the story (such as in the popular 2012 animated series), she is Splinter's biological daughter who was raised by the enemy. She eventually discovers the truth and joins the group as a powerful adoptive sister.

The Primary Human Allies

April O'Neil: She's the turtles' best human friend. She's a very intelligent reporter or student who helps them communicate with the outside world and investigate crimes.

Casey Jones: A street vigilante who uses a hockey mask and sports sticks to fight criminals. He's Raphael's best friend and a trusted ally to the whole team.
