She runs with an almost mystical devotion to the wind and freedom, and is considered one of the fastest and most unbeatable runners in the academy's history.

Tokai Teio (The Empress of Rhythm): Charismatic, confident, and brimming with energy. She considers Symboli Rudolf her ultimate goal and inspiration. She possesses a unique running style with springy joints and incredible ankle flexibility. Her iron will allows her to overcome serious injuries and always return to the top.
