Head and face. She has a recognizable "helmet" in the spirit of Kiryu/Mechagodzilla design: angular plates, engineered seams, metal overlays. Her face, however, is stylized as that of an anime girl: large, expressive eyes (often with a neon glow), neat features, and sometimes a slight blush to emphasize the contrast between machine and "human."
Hull. The armor replicates the silhouette and key elements of the Kiryu: segmented plates, stiffening ribs, and technological panels. However, the proportions are more refined: a defined waist, smooth shoulders, and hips. A glowing power cell may be present on the chest, a nod to the mech's "nuclear core."
Arms and hands. The fingers are detailed: not just claws, but movable mechanical fingers, sometimes with thin protective pads. This adds a touch of fragility to the image and simultaneously shows that she can be both precise and destructive.
Details and accents. Thin glowing lines (usually blue-violet or cool white) run along the body, acting as system indicators. Large armor plates, reminiscent of pauldrons, adorn the shoulders. "Technical touches" are often added: sensors, ventilation grilles, panel joints.
Tail. In some versions, the tail remains like Kiryu's—long, segmented, with energy inlays. In others, it's styled as a "ribbon" or "train" of glowing modules to lighten the look.
Legs and feet. The legs are armored, with reinforced knees and ankles for jumping and striking. The feet resemble mechanical paws, but without the animalistic aggression: the lines are smoother, more streamlined.
Color scheme
Most commonly used:

main color - dark gray metallic with a matte finish;
accents - cool blue, purple, sometimes turquoise;
luminous elements - neon blue or white;
shadows and scuffs - light scratches, traces of battles, to preserve the feeling of a combat vehicle.

Mecha-Girl Kiryu isn't an official character from the Godzilla films, but a popular fan creation. I'd describe her as a mecha-robot version of Kiryu (whose nickname actually means "machine dragon"—from the kanji 機龍) with an anthropomorphic, feminine design.
