In his human-slime hybrid form, Damm has short, dark green hair with bangs, silver-gray eyes, and green skin that closely resembles slime. He wears a hat resembling a white cap with cat ears, a white blouse, and white shorts. He also goes barefoot, wearing no shoes.

Her short, purple hair is pulled back into two low buns with white elastic bands that resemble white beads. She wears a white doctor's coat with a dark purple skull button, a small dark purple purse, and a nurse's cap with a skull over a heart. She also has a large, dark purple birthmark around her right eye. To avoid judgment, she hides the birthmark with her hair. She also has purple blood, which makes her blood poisonous.
