Elmore is located in the state of California.
The inhabitants there are mainly animals and all sorts of objects (from cats to clouds), there are many different inhabitants, in some episodes it is shown that even the objects there are alive, but they do not show it

Despite its small-town status, Elmore functions almost like a separate state, with its own currency (the Elmore dollar), airlines, a major bank bearing the city's name, and other attributes of a major metropolis.

He appears as an anthropomorphic spray can of rainbow and white paint, with stripes running diagonally to the right. The rainbow coloring takes up most of his body; the rest of his body is a regular metal can. His body has a small blue circle on the right side, and his limbs are thin and black.
He's about 55 centimeters tall because he's an aerosol can.

He is unprincipled, pragmatic and prone to breaking the law.
Spray paint is a regular lawbreaker. He can be seen among the inmates at Elmore State Penitentiary (for example, in "The Extras" and "The Fury"), singing with other criminals. He works as a property repossession agent for Repossession. In "The Money" and "The Signature," he mercilessly and indifferently steals things from the homes of those who haven't paid their bills or rent on time. When Spray paint isn't in prison or confiscating other people's belongings, he works a high-ranking job at Chanax Inc., blending in with the crowd. In "The Butterfly," he unthinkingly spray paints Mrs. Robinson in order to catch a flying $20 bill.
But he is also very sweet and charismatic, and often makes stupid jokes.
