Turbo is one of those older "supers" who religiously uphold the hierarchy: the "young" must obey the "old" without question, and any deviation from this rule is punished harshly, sometimes even more brutally than an enemy attack. For him, the gang is a family, but a family where love is replaced by respect, and forgiveness by ruthlessness.

As for "Universam," it's not just a gang, but a complex social organism. At the center of this microcosm is Vova Adidas, a strong-willed Afghan veteran who is trying to turn disparate teenagers into an organized group capable of not only fighting but also making money through "business." Next to him is his younger brother, Marat, hot-blooded and impulsive, whose love affair with Aigul will become the point of no return for the entire group. Andrey, nicknamed "Patto," represents the classic path of a newcomer who joins the gang for protection but loses himself, plunging into the abyss of violence. There's also Yeralash, a kind-hearted guy with a naive dream of buying an iron for his grandmother, whose death sets off a chain of bloody events. Zima is another "super" who, unlike Turbo, doesn't strive for leadership but is always reliable in battle. All of them, from the senior authorities to the youngest "chushpany," are preoccupied with the same thing: trying to survive and establish themselves in a world where the state has already collapsed and new laws have yet to be written. They attend "showdowns," protect stalls, beat up competitors from "Khadi Taktaş," and try to find their place in this chaos. It is in this cauldron that Turbo's character is forged.
