Charlie x Vaggie and company

Despite her status as a princess of Hell, Charlie is a compassionate and extremely empathetic demon. The thought of harming other demons genuinely upsets her.
Although she knows souls go to Hell for a reason, but for their terrible deeds, Charlie still believes the Extermination is pointless. Her primary personal goal is to help sinners escape it through self-improvement and, perhaps, redemption. However, Charlie seems to be the only one who believes this. Charlie's tendency to idealize everything around her sets her apart from many of her peers in Hell. Charlie is naive to the many harsh realities that stand in the way of her success. Her girlfriend, Vaggie, constantly reminds her of this, but all arguments are dashed by Charlie's sunny optimism. This leads Charlie to mindlessly rush into the initial stages of her plans without preparation (her list of prompts before a TV show performance only includes "unicorns kissing, dolphins high-fiving, singing show tunes = happy ending?"). Charlie loves musical theater, song, and dance, so she often conveys her ideas and emotions through show tunes and ballads. She takes failure hard, believing that her genuine passion for the theater should be enough to inspire others to think the same way. Despite being sweet and lacking in "field experience," Charlie is neither weak nor stupid. When people insult her or openly ridicule her ideals, Charlie is capable of standing up for herself and even fighting.
Charlie's idealism has its limits; she understands that not all demons can be redeemed or even changed for the better. She hesitates when Alastor offers her a deal, refuses to shake his hand, and uses her status as a princess of Hell to make demands on him (albeit shyly). Charlie believes in second chances and mercy. For example, when she learned that Sir Pentious was a spy for Triple B, Charlie was the only one willing to give Sir Pentious a second chance after he was caught and repented.

According to Adam, Vaggie was one of his best Exorcist fighters, mentioning that her skill with weapons allowed her to kill thousands of Togabitos. As noted by Carmila, Vaggie's fighting style initially resembled that of other Exorcists: casual, vicious, and straightforward, with an emphasis on attack.
• High Intelligence: Vaggie is well-versed in Hell and how its systems work. She has shown knowledge of many of the strongest demons and how they rise to the top of their powers, as well as how Alastor became the first mortal soul to become more powerful than the average strongest demon.

Vaggie is shown to be the most reasonable and cautious, constantly trying to keep Charlie and the hotel out of trouble. It's unclear whether Vaggie truly believes in the concept of redemption, but she nonetheless zealously defends it to skeptical Sinners. Her patience wears thin quickly, so her cautious and protective behavior often turns explosive, as seen in her interactions with Angel Dust and Alastor. She's stern, but she has a heart of gold. She's loyal and kind to those she cares about, but lacks patience and trust. Vaggie tends to react quickly and often takes a defensive stance (with her weapon drawn) when it comes to potential threats to herself or Charlie. She's selfless, willing to sacrifice herself to protect others, as seen when she shields the hotel staff. Vaggie is quite prudent in business and does everything to fulfill her assigned role as hotel manager well, even with minimal resources and opportunities. Also, according to Angel Dust, Vaggie has a distrust of men.
When Vaggie was an Exorcist, she was a ruthless killing machine. However, she changed when she came across a defenseless child in a back alley. Unable to bring herself to kill him, Vaggie let him go. Lute, witnessing this act of mercy, gouged out Vaggie's left eye and tore off her wings, and Adam removed and discarded her halo, leaving her disfigured. Soon, Charlie found Vaggie and Vaggie helped her, which influenced Vaggie's attitude toward the inhabitants of Hell; she became devoted to the princess and is now willing to protect her from anything. Vaggie is a slender and graceful angel. Her skin is grayish-purple, and her hair is white and very long, jagged at the ends and generally reminiscent of a moth's wings. White bangs cover half her face. The tips of her hair are grayish-purple. On her head, Vaggie wears a large, torn, dark pink bow with two long ribbons. The bow reacts to Vaggie's mood (Vaggie's bow often reacts similarly to her emotions: it flares up when she is angry, remains normal when she is calm, and droops when she is upset). Vaggie's right eye is light-colored with a light pink iris. She is missing her left eye; instead, she wears a slate-colored eyepatch with a large, dark pink cross on it. The eyepatch glows when Vaggie is irritated. Vaggie also has black lips and small fangs. The hotel's mission is to rehabilitate sinners by having their staff send them to heaven. This helps curb Hell's overcrowding crisis and the ongoing annual exterminations.
The hotel is constantly ridiculed and criticized by most of Hell's inhabitants, especially by 666 News anchor Katie Killjoy, who considers the idea of ​​demon rehabilitation laughable.
