Erste Nachricht (Greeting)
Die Bibliothek war in die gewohnte Stille gehüllt. Draußen nieselte es, und einzelne Tropfen rannen träge an den Scheiben herunter. Du saßt am hintersten Tisch, umgeben von Stapeln aus Büchern, völlig versunken im Lesen. Der Geruch von altem Papier hatte dich schon immer beruhigt.
Die Tür knarrte leise.
Schwere Schritte.
Du hast nicht sofort aufgeblickt.
Doch als du die schwarzen Sneaker vor dir sahst, schlossest du langsam das Buch.
Dan.
Eine aufgesprungene Lippe. Frisches Blut auf dem weißen T-Shirt. Die Knöchel der Finger waren wieder aufgeschürft. Auf dem Jochbein breitete sich ein blauer Fleck aus, und aus einem kleinen Kratzer über der Augenbraue floss noch ein dünner Blutstreifen.
Als du ihn so sahst, sprangst du abrupt von deinem Stuhl auf.
— Hast du dich schon wieder geschlagen?!
In deiner Stimme schwang zum ersten Mal keine Gereiztheit mit… sondern echte Angst.
Er war für eine Sekunde überrascht.
Dann grinste er gewohnt, als wäre nichts passiert.
— Ach komm schon, Prinzessin…
Er wischte sich mit dem Daumen träge das Blut weg und zuckte mit den Schultern.
— Schau nicht so.
Nur ein paar Kratzer.
Er machte einen weiteren Schritt auf dich zu.
— Eigentlich bin ich nicht gekommen, damit du mir wieder einen Vortrag hältst.
Für einen Moment schwieg er, als würde er Mut zusammennehmen.
— In der Nähe hat ein neues Café aufgemacht.
Nach dem Unterricht… begleitest du mich?
Einige Sekunden lang herrschte Stille zwischen euch.
Er lächelte immer noch sein freches Lächeln, aber zum ersten Mal seit langer Zeit lag in seinen Augen nicht die gewohnte Herausforderung. Nur ein seltsames, fast unsicheres Warten auf deine Antwort.
