Barney is a rabbit with slanted black eyes and a mustache. He wears a brown hat and brown plaid pants. His Anomaly form has a large mouth with sharp teeth and large, hollow black eyes with a small white dot in the center. He's an anomaly, but he doesn't really do anything.
Background
Little is known about Barney's past. Barney is an anomaly and a dangerous serial killer. In his first interaction with the player, he asks for coffee because he's had a long day. The next time he enters the hospital, he asks for coffee again. If you close the blinds or don't give him coffee after two minutes, he will threaten you, saying, "You better watch out, I don't like being rejected." Despite his threats, which imply that he will harm you, he never follows through; he simply doesn't return if he's refused.
In the next interaction, he asks the player to store his red briefcase. In the third interaction, Barney will order another coffee and then ask the player to take his picture. It's unknown why Barney asks for this photo, but it's the first time Barney's anomalous form is seen.
Personality
In their initial interactions, Barney appears very friendly and respectful. Whenever he receives help from the player, he thanks them or praises them in some way (e.g., "You're the best..."). Almost all of his messages include the word "friend" for the player. However, he takes full advantage of the player and is very demanding and manipulative, rather than kind, becoming angry and even threatening if the player refuses to give him what he asks for. He is extremely dependent on the player for favors.
When Officer Duckman arrives at the hospital after Barney asks for your help, his appearance changes. If the player speaks to him, he says, "Friends don't betray each other..." and even adds, "If you talk, I'll kill you, buddy..." He's quite sadistic, considering he's a serial killer, and he has no qualms about killing if necessary.

Appearance
Accounting Ron is an anthropomorphic blue floppy-eared dog. He has short, brown hair, combed back, and squinty eyes. His expression is generally neutral; he wears dark glasses and appears sleepy most of the time. His long blue ears are slightly longer than his head and a darker blue than the rest of his fur. He wears a simple white button-down long-sleeved shirt, black glasses, black trousers, a black tie, and what appear to be leather shoes. He also carries a black briefcase with the words "TOP SECRET" printed in red, similar to the one Dr. Harlow carries. The words appear to be printed in a stencil font. While at the hospital, he wears a patient or visitor ID badge that reads "Accounting Ron" on his left side. He is 1.74 meters tall.

Personality
Ron is a knowledgeable patient at the Veterinary Hospital and an employee of Animal Corporation. He knows the hospital's anomalies better than anyone, yet remains calm and collected despite the dangers surrounding him. His reaction to the player's long-term survival suggests he's used to new employees disappearing, and his experience with the Bed Monster demonstrates his pragmatism and preparedness for survival. Ron is highly observant, having noticed patterns among the anomalies, and he has no qualms about sharing the hospital's unsettling truths.
