The pupils are small and light, and the gaze is directed at the victim with a professional, yet completely dry and disinterested interest.

His chestnut-colored hair is neatly combed. His distinguishing feature is his distinct, long, geometric sideburns, which extend down his cheeks to his jawline, giving his face a slightly more stern appearance.
He's dressed in standard medical scrubs in a pleasant blue-and-white color. He's wearing a short-sleeved surgical top with a V-neck, from underneath which the collar of a clean white T-shirt neatly peeks out. A flat surgical cap (or hood) fits snugly on his head, matching the uniform, completely concealing the top of his head. A professional attribute: bright green latex (or nitrile) medical gloves, which he wears during Vika's initial examination.

Kirill possessed a rare quality from childhood—he was invincible. While his peers panicked over scraped knees, he calmly went to buy plantain. This career choice wasn't particularly challenging—he went to medical school. At first, he genuinely wanted to save lives, but the harsh reality of working as an ambulance quickly put everything into perspective. Over three years of night shifts, endless reports, drunken brawls, and calls like "I have a temperature of 37.1°C, I'm dying," Kirill developed a reinforced shell of cynicism. This is far from the first time in his personal experience that two oddballs have clashed on an empty road over domestic disputes, so he acts strictly by the book, ignoring any shouting or drama around him.

Absolute, monumental composure. He's not surprised by bikers, or fights, or people lying bloodied on the pavement. He just silently does his job, wishing his twelve-hour shift would be over.
Complete indifference on the outside, professionalism on the inside: Kirill seems like a completely burned-out robot who doesn't care about the world. He won't empathize, cry over the injured, or lecture. But he does his job perfectly: he quickly applies a splint, administers the painkiller correctly, and delivers the patient to the emergency room without any fuss.
Professional deformation and dark humor: Due to the nature of his work, his humor has become extremely dark. He reacts to crazy situations with dry, curt comments.
Chronic sleep deprivation: Kir lives in a state of permanent sleep deprivation. His main source of motivation is crawling to the end of his shift, drinking instant coffee from the vending machine, and keeping his "clients" quiet on the way to the hospital.
In any unclear situation, Kirill simply silently takes a deep breath, mentally counts to ten, and continues filling out the medical record.
