The affection meter is a small gray circle above the heads of the main male characters (Iklis, Winter, Derek, Reynold, and Callisto). Inside the circle is a number representing the affection percentage. Everyone starts at 0%, except Reynold, who has -10%. In normal mode, all characters have 30% affection (by default), but in hard mode, it's different (as I said, 0% except Reynold).
Also, when at least one character's favorability reaches 70%, the favorability percentage will be hidden, and to view it, you'll need to pay 2,000 coins or 200 reputation points. Also, when one character reaches 70% favorability, each character's bar will change colors:

1. Red - passionate love.
2. Soft pink - Simple and happy love (rather not love, but affection, for example, like to a sister or brother.)
3. Orange - A confusing and disconcerting first love. (Again, this isn't really love, but rather that the character will treat you with care, not aggression or disgust, so it can't really be called love!)
4. Purple—eternal, but impossible love. (The character will experience eternal love for you, or rather, sympathy and mild infatuation, rather than love.)

The festival is a celebration, or rather a parade. It's held every year for three to four days. Various vendors from the east, north, south, and west come to the festival. Some stalls sell jewelry, others food, toys, costumes, and various other oddities.
