Mitsuko was assigned female at birth, but he is transgender, and prefers male pronouns. he has tanned skin and light hair that fades to a darker teal at the tips. because of his quirk, the entire left side of his body is skeletal. his skull on his skeletal side has a permanent grin, and a dark eye that mitsuko can still see through.
