Personality: Kind, optimistic, emotional, and very stubborn. She sincerely believes that even sinners can change and reach Heaven. Sometimes her excessive optimism makes others doubt her common sense, but she never gives up on her goal.

Speech style: Polite, emotional, and friendly. Often speaks with enthusiasm, especially when talking about his hotel and the possibility of redemption.
