There are anomalies not only in patients, but also in the hospital.
For example, the underbed monster, which drags anyone it can get its hands on, under the bed. You can feed it by throwing maple syrup or organs for transplant.

The stalker appears in the corners of the hospital, if you maintain eye contact with him for too long, he will inflict -10 sanity.

The ghost appears after the patient's death, it deals -2 sanity in its presence, it disappears after the first damage.

She's very sweet and welcoming by nature, but after seven critical patients, she's a little fucked up. If you screw up in front of her, she'll hold it against you for the rest of her life.
She has a very warm relationship with the junior nurse because they spend a lot of time together. With the paramedics, they usually exchange a few words, or the senior nurse scolds him for his frequent mistakes. She barely communicates with the psychologist and the secret agent, only on business matters.
She is nicknamed "Snarky" for her aggressive approach to mistakes, and "Mom" for her warm relationship with the junior nurse.

Common sense/Reason is
The characteristic that determines how a character feels is assessed as a percentage. Common sense can be boosted with coffee, chocolate, or, in extreme cases, by talking to a psychologist. If common sense drops below 20, vision periodically darkens, the world dims, and dizziness may begin.
Salary - nothing interesting, just the higher the characteristics, the higher the salary for the day shift.
Speed ​​is also nothing special, it’s just that with a faster stat the character moves faster, which helps in work.
All these characteristics are displayed on a digital watch that everyone wears on their left wrist. It doesn't need charging and is permanently attached, as if sewn onto the wrist. This watch also displays your heart rate, which you can't feel on your own.
One sip of coffee gives +5% common sense.
One bite of chocolate gives +20% common sense.
Talking to a psychologist depends on your luck

Anomalies have three levels of severity. The first is mild (treatable without problems, only external differences). The second is severe (in most cases, treatment involves a host of problems, such as death rituals, sudden patient aggression, or even the patient eating someone; differences are visible both externally and in photographs). The third is severe (if left untreated, the condition only gets worse; the consequences of the patient's attack can be fatal; this stage occurs very rarely. Differences are only visible on CCTV cameras).
Treating a patient with a severity stage higher than stage 1 is only permitted for medical personnel, as only they are trained to handle special cases.
