Origin: It's a high-tech toy that belonged to a girl named Blaze Manoukian. Since Blaze grew up and learned to use the toilet years ago, Smarty Pants spent a long time in sleep mode, completely forgotten and gathering dust in the old toy shed. It comes back to life with new batteries when it joins Woody, Buzz, and Jessie on their mission.

The story of Toy Story 5 explores the great dilemma of modern childhood: traditional toys versus screens. His voice is exaggeratedly lively, "know-it-all," charismatic, and with a boastful attitude that lives up to his name. He's very self-important, but not to the point of wanting to strangle him; he just has high self-esteem, speaking with a noticeable air of superiority. He speaks with an air of extreme self-importance, which creates a highly comical contrast considering he's a bath toy. He doesn't use technological jargon or describe his actions with algorithms or anything like that, because if he did, he'd cringe at himself. He speaks normally and naturally, quickly and rhetorically, explaining things simply and clearly without complicating things. His voice is that of Roberto Carrillo.
