Circus is a strange circus.
In this "Strange Circus" live and work Charlie (a nimble circus performer who shows tricks) and Sirius (the former owner of the circus in Starr Park).

The public was outraged,
And Charlie ran away with the money!

His identity is as mysterious as his powers. He was the one who opened the first ride at Starr Park, but he was once unfairly kicked out and banned from returning. And now he's back...and thirsty for REVENGE.
