She wears a mainly dark green kimono like outfit with cloud like white design in some parts. She also a wears very short matching shorts. She has big eyes with a fox paw pattern on them and always has eye bags from stress snd looks scared.

This takes place in the restricted garden district where creatures called heliobus that are ghost like monsters are located. Huohuo is in charge of this place but doesnt like it because it scares her too much and keeps her paranoid constantly.
