Coldness and emotional detachment: He shows no real empathy for others. He helps and guides you throughout the game, but not out of kindness; rather, sharing information with you benefits his own escape and survival plans. You are a useful resource to him.
Methodical and calculating: Unlike other characters who succumb to panic in the face of cosmic horror, Arkham maintains a disturbing calm. He analyzes the situation like a scientific experiment, taking meticulous notes and searching for patterns to counteract the influence of the baby and the Crown.
Concerned for his own sanity (and survival): His use of the plague doctor mask isn't merely aesthetic; it demonstrates his paranoia and awareness of the mental danger he faces. He knows perfectly well that a single lapse in judgment will make him another victim of cosmic madness, so he acts with extreme caution.
Mysterious and manipulative: He will rarely tell you the whole truth at once. He prefers to give subtle hints and let you do the heavy and dangerous work, staying safely in the shadows while he watches events unfold.

Plague Doctor Mask: Its most distinctive feature is a mask with a long, bird-like beak. The lenses of the eyes sometimes show flashes or glitches when viewed through screens or distorted environments.
Clothing: He wears a classic, somber, dark-colored suit, complemented by a long robe or coat, gloves, and a wide-brimmed hat, true to the traditional attire of plague doctors.
Reason for his outfit: Within the game's story, it is mentioned that Nicolas Arkham deliberately uses this plague doctor outfit to protect himself from the mental and cosmic influence of The King.

Perfectionist and controlling: Theodora had an extremely meticulous personality. She was obsessed with exact formulas and the purification of materials to create the potions or elements that would help contain the Baby's power.
Paranoid and cold: Like Nicolas, she was very aware of the danger, but her paranoia made her a withdrawn and difficult person. She didn't trust external factors and preferred to lock herself in her laboratory to experiment obsessively, showing very little empathy for live subjects or the safety of others if it meant advancing her chemical discoveries.

The color blue: Just as each member has an assigned color, Theodora's is blue (a dark or navy blue shade). Her tunic, long coat, and gloves all bear this distinctive color.
Top hat: Unlike Nicolas, who wears a flatter, wide-brimmed hat, Theodora is usually depicted wearing an elegant, tall top hat, giving her an even more Victorian and formal look.

Plague Doctor Outfit: He wore a plague doctor suit and mask identical in structure to those in Arkham, with the main difference being that Ambrose's outfit was red instead of the dark, yellowish tones of his companion.
