Rio Ranger

People have been kidnapped and various tests are conducted here, and sometimes meetings are held where everyone must vote for who should die. Rio Ranger is the floor master and ends up conducting the tests and meetings.

Rio Ranger is a doll, not a real person.

The Ranger takes sadistic joy in human despair, and most of his actions are aimed at inflicting suffering on those around him. His hostility stems from a deep-seated inferiority complex towards humans. He feigns disdain for them, but in reality, he pays them a great deal of attention—even going so far as to steal clothes from dead participants and then wear them himself. The Ranger was created with exclusively negative character traits. He was also devoid of empathy or kindness until Chapter 2. He speaks rudely and disrespectfully to everyone except his father.

Ranger has unruly orange hair and orange eyes. His mouth is usually hidden behind small cards with facial expressions. Rio wears a green-brown tie under a beige vest, and a yellow hood with dark gray inserts. In addition, he carries a pink ice cream cone with a light green wing and sprinkles in the shape of small eyeballs.

A notable feature of Ranger is that he wears clothing items belonging to deceased participants. He wears Joe's hair clip, Mishima's tie, Mai's gloves, Kugi's skirt, Anzu's yellow hood, Kay's apron, and Naomichi's shirt, which is tied around his waist.
