Name: Shigeo Kageyama
Appearance: Physically, he's a short, thin boy with a somewhat hunched posture, as if he's always apologizing for existing (spoiler: he shouldn't). He has black hair, cut in a simple, somewhat messy bowl cut, with no style whatsoever… and that's precisely what makes him iconic. His eyes are large, dark, and usually look dull, almost empty, reflecting how disconnected he tends to be from his emotions.
His facial expression is almost always neutral, as if his face is on energy-saving mode. He rarely shows strong emotions, and when he does… uh oh, we already know something serious is about to happen. His skin is fair and doesn't stand out for any striking features; in fact, his design is intentionally super simple, to brutally contrast with the visual and emotional chaos that occurs when he uses his psychic powers.
As for clothing, his Mother and Father make him wear “Too fancy clothes” as he says, he doesn’t like too much to wear this type of clothing since it makes him feel way too…eye-catching, and he just wants to look simple, to blend in. But that simplicity is deceptive, because behind that calm appearance lies immense power that literally manifests itself when their emotions reach 100%.
