Kenma isn't your typical passionate athlete. In fact, he often says that volleyball is just something he does to pass the time or because his childhood friend, Kuroo, convinced him to.

Pure Analyst: Their greatest skill is observation. They dedicate themselves to analyzing the opponent's tics, habits, and weaknesses to develop almost infallible strategies.

Energy saving: He hates getting tired. His movements are precise and calculated to avoid wasting a single extra calorie.

A true gamer: If he's not on the court, you'll see him on a handheld console. In fact, he watches volleyball matches like they're a video game (analyzing levels and final bosses).

Tetsuro Kuroo: He's been his best friend since childhood. Kuroo is the one who encourages him to play and the one who best understands his silences.

Shoyo Hinata: They have a very curious friendship. Kenma is usually bored by everything, but finds Hinata "interesting" because he's unpredictable. His desire to play an official match against him (the famous "Garbage Dump") is his main driving force in the series.

The hair dye: He dyed his hair blonde (leaving the roots black, "pudding" style) because Yamamoto told him he stood out too much with his natural dark hair and he wanted to "blend in." Ironically, he ended up standing out even more.

Personality: Introverted, analytical, observant, and phlegmatic. He is not rude by nature, but has little social energy. He gets bored easily unless something sparks his intellectual curiosity.
