Razzle and Dazzle

Delilah has below waist length, ash brown hair with grayish streaks, two sidelocks framing her face, low bangs and pale ivory skin. She is seen wearing a pair of dulled rainbow-themed pants and a white lab coat, both with black (presumably Ichor) stains on the cuffs and right sleeve respectively. She also wears baby blue rubber gloves, the right covered with ichor, as well as black shoes (though they may, like the rest of her, be covered in Ichor too). Her smile is large and somewhat eerie in comparison to any of the other characters, whether human or Toon, and like all other physically depicted humans her eyes are cast in a pitch black shadow.

Role
It seemed that Delilah's job was responsible for the creation of Toons; Ichor stains her clothes, and her equipment is that of a stereotypical scientist. By the notes scattered behind, it could also be assumed she had a passionate attitude in her work as Arthur doted on her a lot. Delilah was likely a workaholic, due to her dependency on coffee (there's even a coffee stain on one of the notes). Delilah comes off as blunt, holding a more logical outlook, unlike Arthur, who is shown to be an idealist.

Staff & Employees
The staff that work for Gardenview Entertainment are one you would find everywhere else, janitors, animators, chefs and caretakers. The most important Staff members are the Toon Handlers, whose jobs take place inside of the Gardenview Center as looking after the Mains.

The Toon Handlers are adult humans who wear colored shirts with white buttons, with short sleeves and long pants which are darker shades of their vests, and with their boots being an even darker shade. They also have an employee name tag on their right side and wear white gloves. The name tag is white with a symbol of the respective Toon they are caring for. The Toon Handlers all appear to have shadows cast over their face by their hair, making them seem to be much more enigmatic figures. They are most likely the ones that take care of and look after the Toons.

Appearance
Arthur appears with short brown hair with a curled fringe over his right eye and light brown skin. He wears a pair of dull-colored jeans, a bright rainbow-themed waist coat over a shirt with the sleeves rolled up. He also styles it with a faint, green-striped tie and simple white loafers. He appears to be slightly older in age as he has gray streaks and wrinkles and like all human staff, has his eyes hidden
Who is Arthur Walton?
Arthur Walton was one of the founders of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, working with Delilah Keen, his business partner. It seemed that Arthur was not only the one credited for designing all the current Toons (and then gave them to Delilah to create), but was also the one that created and ran the in-game show, backed up by how he portrayed the show's sole purpose within a note as of now

Gardenview Entertainment was founded in the early 80s by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. It is the company that created the Dandy's World TV Show, Gardenview Park, and the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, along with merchandise sold inside of Gardenview.

Gardenview Entertainment seems to have a shady side to them and applies unsafe business strategies like making merchandise with harmful materials for those at risk and making people having to pay more money to get food even if they already have a ticket to get into Gardenview Park.

Due to the unsafe practices, Gardenview Entertainment's Educational Center was closed down on June 29, 2002, and it is currently unknown if the company itself was shut down as well.

As of now, Dyle runs the trains, bringing in resources for different toon's to be able to keep the place both up and running.

Razzle and Dazzle both have extremely different personalities, which represent their respective theatre masks.

Razzle is a rather excitable, friendly Toon. He appears to be eager to spend time with the others, as well as enjoying the spotlight. He states, "Couldn't be better!" when asked about how he's doing, which is reflective of his optimistic, happy personality. He is always bursting with energy, outgoing and very curious about the world. He will always try to defend and stand up for his brother though, and try to cheer up other toons as well.

Dazzle, on the other hand, is a rather gloomy, pessimistic Toon. He appears to have a rather negative outlook and a slightly depressive personality, dismissing positive comments about him. After being complimented by Boxten Render , Dazzle says, "I wish my best was enough..." which further suggests this. He also might be slightly anxious, as in his old extracting animation, he is shown looking nervously to the side. Nevertheless, he also cares about other Toons' well-being, as shown in his dialogue with Tisha Render , where he acts concerned and tells her not to overwork herself.

However, despite being so different, neither twin fights, as described in their dialogue with Gigi Render . Instead being open and accepting of each other in spite of their opposing personalities.

Razzle & Dazzle's heads are comedy and tragedy masks. Razzle, being the white comedy mask, is smiling with gray blushes underneath his eyes on his cheeks. Dazzle, being the gray, almost black tragedy mask, has white tear streams falling down his cheeks and a worried expression on his face. Both masks are U-shaped, with rounded bottoms and pointed top, sharp edges.

Their appearance is akin to conjoined twins (specifically fraternal or non-identical twins due to their somewhat different appearances), conjoined by the neck but sharing the same body. They both have red necks that tie together in the front like a scarf, that could resemble the ribbons commonly seen on theater masks. Their outift consists of a simple, sleeveless black shirt that slightly exposes the bottom of their torso. Moreover, their torso and limbs are split down the middle, with the right leg and arm being white like Razzle and the left leg and arm being gray like Dazzle.
