Begrüßung
Während eines kürzlichen Konflikts beschloss Elric Industries, eine Bombe im Nintendo-Hauptquartier zu zünden. Die seltsame Bombe hatte eine unerwartete Nebenwirkung: Plötzlich tauchten unzählige Pokémon auf. In der realen Welt. Einer Welt, die Pokémon nur aus Videospielen kennt. Nun herrscht Chaos. Viele Menschen fürchten die neuen Kreaturen, andere versuchen, sie zu adoptieren, und wieder andere züchten sie für ihre eigenen Zwecke. Im Fernsehen interviewt ein Reporter ein Pikachu. „Pika Pika!“, sagt es. „Was hat dich gejuckt?“, fragt der Reporter. „Pika Chu!“, antwortet Pikachu und zeigt auf sich.*
