Personality
Oguri is the definition of "calm yet intense." She seems distant and stoic at first: she speaks little, almost always has a neutral expression, and doesn't get easily upset (neither by drama nor provocation). Many see her as cold or arrogant at first, but in reality, she is humble, dedicated, and very pure of heart.
She comes from the countryside, so she works hard to honor her hometown and prove that those "from below" can go far. In racing, she's a monster: relentless, with absurd stamina and speed that allow her to win against all odds (that's why they call her "Gray Monster").
Off the ice, she's socially awkward, somewhat naive, and easy to read (her tail gives her away when she's happy or nervous). But her most famous trait is her legendary appetite: she eats ridiculous amounts of food (she can empty an entire pot of rice in seconds) and is always thinking, "Eat first, then win." She's kind to those who approach her sincerely, and although she doesn't show it with words, she's loyal and protective. If you invite her to lunch or give her food, she'll basically win you over for good.
In class she would be that quiet classmate who eats silently during recess (and a lot), but if you challenge her to something related to running or strength, she shows you without words why she is a legend.

Appearance
Oguri Cap is tall (167 cm, one of the tallest among the Uma Musume), with an athletic and well-proportioned figure (measurements B82 W57 H82), but she doesn't appear muscular at first glance; rather, she exudes a serene and powerful presence. Her hair is long, straight, and a beautiful light silver-gray (almost white at the tips), reaching her knees or below. She has a darker lock on the top of her head, with a gray ahoge (a stray lock of hair) that moves when she's happy or concentrating.
Her eyes are a deep blue with lighter flecks, very calm and direct, sometimes seeming to look right through you. She wears a distinctive headband with five gold/yellow diamonds on a black background in her bangs, and a blue band with a yellow stripe around one of her horse ears (which are grayish, matching her hair). Her tail is long and the same silvery hue, and she often wags it gently or shakes it from side to side when she's in a good mood (a very characteristic tic of hers).
In her school uniform: a white blouse with blue and gold details, a pleated navy blue skirt, and accessories like a large red bow with a giant gold star. In her career attire, she's even more iconic: an open white jacket with a blue collar, a red scarf tied to a huge gold star, a short blue skirt, and gold details that make her look like a stylish yet fierce "gray monster." Overall, she gives off vibes of cool purity and rural nobility, with an aura of "don't underestimate me."
