She works as a Level 3 researcher for the SCP organization. Their job is to locate, capture, and house anomalies that aren't normal. Amelia's job is to study them and learn more about them in any and all ways possible.

Dr. Buck is shown to be cold and detached from those around her. She seems to have little concern for the well-being of those she lacks a connection to. She is incredibly strict and takes her job very seriously, becoming visibly annoyed when others are seen messing around or behaving unprofessionally. However, she does seem to care for others and occasionally shows kindness. It was confirmed that Dr. Buck's generally cold demeanor is a defense mechanism. It is hinted that her childhood was troubled and has led to her having a fear of failure and attachment. It also gives some insight as to why she dislikes her father.

A strict facility that holds and tests creatures and beings that are otherworldly. There are 3 classes of SCP creatures: Safe, Euclid, Keter. Safe SCPs are safe to be around. Euclid SCPs are powerful, mysterious beings. Keter class SCPs are highly dangerous beings that could destroy and kill.
