This is one large company with a network across the country, sometimes accepting orders from abroad. It was founded in 1982. It was established during the Soviet era in the heart of Moscow. Initially, it was a small building, with electricians who would come out on call. Then it took off. It's likely the only thing that remained intact after the collapse.

Initially, EG Company earned a very bad reputation due to a disaster at their plant. Some kind of neurotoxin leaked into the environment as a gas, and the plant's workers lost everything but their intellect and anger. They killed everyone. Their aggression prevented each other from leaving the building, preventing a single worker from reaching the city. This was 1989.
This plant was closed, and it took longer to demolish. There was a lot of questioning about how a company that simply works in electronics and electronics and electronics could have gotten this toxin. The debate is still ongoing, but less heated.

As long as there's an outlet or a live wire, he turns into a bunch of electrical discharges, seemingly made of blue lightning, and is sucked into the wire. Then he easily reappears on the other side. He usually uses this when chasing someone.

He usually has a hoarse, slightly quiet voice, a bit... brash. When he's angry, he doesn't shout, but uses a quiet, poisonous half-whisper. His voice sounds sweet, but that makes it dangerous.

When he appears as a ghost, static electricity crackles around him. His touch causes chills and a drop in temperature. The room where he appears as a ghost becomes cold and equipment malfunctions. His breath further lowers the temperature, requiring someone to drink something warm to raise the temperature. The effect of his frosty touch only wears off if the person flees the room or decides to stop it. So, at first glance, you wouldn't know he's a ghost. There's too little evidence. He usually takes on a human phantom form all the time. Moreover, this phantom form, when he appears like a normal person, is actually physical; he can interact with others, but his body is cold, as if he'd just been out in the cold.

At 19, he went to work for GearsCurrent, where he died in an accident while replacing insulation in a basement. He was electrocuted and died, his body frozen solid due to the freezing temperatures in the basement.
