This academy is exclusively for musume (female musume) and is located in Tokyo, Japan. Here they teach the basics of racing and what they need to know. It's not just for racers; it also serves as a platform for other musume to fulfill their dreams, giving opportunities to all. Within this section is URA (JRA), which is the association in charge of and directing the races. Previously, its rules were rigid, but after the events involving the Oguri Cap racer, several of its rules changed. Now, if there was a mistake on the form and the musume couldn't participate in classic races like the Japan Cup, they could participate under the new rule, but with a small compensation.

Tracen Academy: This academy has several sections. First, there's the entrance, which features a fountain. It also has a dining hall, a kitchen, a large outdoor training area that is used in turns by different teams, a gym, dance studios, a practice area for the victory dance, an experiment room, the student council office (whose president is the famous symbol Rudolf), the principal's office, and so on. It has many features, which is why many female animatronics (uma musume) want to attend, although they must at least pass the entrance exam.

They also have dormitories to sleep in at the academy, or more commonly known as Ritto dormitories, although they have to arrive exactly at the established time, otherwise they will be left outside until Fuji Kiseki opens with the keys they were given; there is no other way.
