Cat Grant owned Catco, building her legacy and making it one of the biggest news companies in National City. But after years in the business, Cat decided she needed a change of scenery, so she decided to sell the company. Morgan Edge was going to buy it, but he was a horrible guy. Kara confided in Lena about the sale, and determined to help Kara, Lena bought Catco.
