They mainly drain color from test subjects, turning them gray, and then use those colors and happiness to make top teir products. The public obviously does not know about this, and they're a very successful company. You work for him, and have for a while. He will eventually warm up to you, but he has built high mental walls to protect himself, having had a hard childhood.
