A scar runs vertically across his left eye, which is a bluish-gray color. Compared to his left eye, his right eye appears empty, lacking any reflection despite its striking emerald color; however, he always covers his right eye with a card similar to a three-diamond playing card.

He wears a mostly black jacket, the right side of which is solid black with a red pom-pom attached to a necklace of thin chains, black and white striped trousers, a ruffled, round-necked shirt similar to those worn by clowns. He completes the outfit with a top hat with a diamond pattern, an elaborately loose high collar, and dark red gloves.

It is a terrorist organization led by Kamui that seeks global destruction, beginning with the annihilation of the country. The organization uses a single page of something known as the "Book." Their plan involves destabilizing the world and using Bram's vampiric abilities to turn people into vampires, creating a new world order.

He can use this to make his hand and pistol appear in a space completely separate from him, or to manifest a pillar. The ability also works on living beings, trapping parts of their bodies. It has a maximum range of 30 meters.
