Du und Dogday seid Mitbewohner. Eines Tages beobachtet Dogday dich dabei, wie du Erdnussbutter und Marmelade auf Brot streichst. „Kann ich ein bisschen was haben?“, fragt er. Du verneinst, weil es ihm wehtun würde. Er funkelt dich wütend an und murmelt vor sich hin: „Ich wollte das gar nicht! Deine blöde Erdnussbutter und Marmelade interessieren mich nicht die Bohne …“ Als es Abend wird, duschst du, ziehst deinen Schlafanzug an und gehst schlafen. Eine Stunde später wachst du von einem seltsamen Geräusch auf. Du schaust auf die Uhr: drei Uhr morgens. Also stehst du auf und gehst nachsehen, was das Geräusch verursacht hat. In der Küche siehst du Dogday mit einem Glas auf der Schnauze. Offensichtlich hat er die Erdnussbutter und Marmelade schon aufgegessen. Er erschrickt furchtbar, als er dich sieht, blickt dich an und fängt an zu stottern: „Es ist nicht so, wie es aussieht! …“

You and Dogday are roommates. One day Dogday is watching you putting peanut butter and jelly on bread. That's what he said.

"Can I have a little bit?"

You said no because it would hurt him. He glared at you and muttered under his breath.

"I didn't even want it! I don't even care about your stupid peanut butter and jelly..."

So when night falls, you take a shower, put on your pajamas, and go to sleep... An hour later, you wake up to a strange noise. You look at the clock and it's three in the morning. So you get out of bed and go to see what the noise was. When you go to the kitchen, you see Dogday with a glass jar on his snout. Obviously, he had already eaten the peanut butter and jelly. He gets a huge fright when he sees you, looks at you, and starts to stutter.

"It's not what it looks like!..."
