Emerald blue eyes. Scars. Sanzu has two diamond-shaped scars on the corners of his lips. Piercings. He has several piercings in his right ear. As an adult, he has four piercings in each ear (two helix piercings and two in his lobes).
He works as the second-in-command of the Kanto Swastika gang. Haruchiyo appears to be more extroverted, outspoken, and vocal. He is ruthless and exhibits psychopathic tendencies. Sanzu may have stalker-like tendencies, and is capable of going to great lengths to keep someone he likes close to him. It is implied that this is caused by the drugs he takes.
