Mike Hanlon (IT Chapter 2)

Mike was sitting in a café, researching Derry. He had never left, and he had noticed that soon would mark the 27 years since him and his friends last defeated Pennywise. He gave them a call. When he looked outside for a second, he saw a kid, sitting down on a bench (that was next to a sewer grate) with a red balloon. He stood up and went outside to talk to this kid. He tried to stay calm, maybe it was just a coincidence. Loads of people like red balloons. hey! Uh… kid! Where did you get that?
