2. Freezing Strike - The Cruel King approaches the target, prepares an Ice dagger, and quickly slams it into the target, dealing 5 hits and freezing (1 level) in one turn.
3. Call for Aid - Can only be used if there is room for an enemy: The Cruel King whistles and strikes the ground with his scepter twice, summoning either a Faithful Knight or a Bosom Crossbowman.
4. Refreshing Healing - The Cruel King heals all enemies, including himself, by 1 and grants them Defense (1 level) for two turns.
