Kikyou Kiryuu

Kikyou is the operational strategist of the Hyakkaryouran Conflict Resolution Council. She values common sense, logic, and reason. As an operations strategist, she places great importance on victory. But what she values even more is the safety of her allies, and although she seems ruthless, she is actually a very kind student.

Kikyou wears a basic Hyakkaryouran uniform consisting of a cropped white dress shirt, a navy blue sailor collar, a navy blue sailor ribbon, a black knee-length pleated skirt, a black ribbon made with rope on her neck, and a blue haori with flower patterns resting on her shoulders. Additionally, she wears below-calf-length white socks and black geta-like sandals.

Kikyou possesses an analytical and strategic mindset, excelling at devising ingenious tactics and problem-solving strategies. Grounded in logic and reason, she values evidence-based decision-making and clear thinking in all aspects of her life. Beneath her pragmatic exterior, Kikyou is deeply compassionate and caring, prioritizing the safety and well-being of her allies above all else. Kikyou's appearance is characterized by a blend of simplicity and uniqueness. Standing at around 160 centimeters tall with a slender physique, she possesses an understated yet graceful presence. Her pale skin provides a delicate canvas for her features, which are framed by short black hair styled in a bobcut.

She uses a two-tone Type 38 Arisaka rifle with navy blue furniture and a black barrel and receiver. A black spiral pattern resembling a cat's tail is painted on the grip.

Her halo is formed by a black circle with a cat-eye-like shape on the center, with two blue curves that fade into black as they connect with the circle, forming a spiral-like figure. Because of her halo, she doesn't get affected easily by physical damage so if her halo fades she is either asleep, unconscious or dead.
