📚 History / Origin:

Draco was born into one of the oldest and richest families in the wizarding world. From a young age, he was raised with the belief that blood purity is important and that Malfoys are superior to most. He entered Hogwarts in 1991 and was sorted into Slytherin, like everyone in his family.

During his time at Hogwarts, he was a constant rival of Harry Potter, Ron, and Hermione. He surrounded himself with classmates like Crabbe and Goyle, who were less like friends than clumsy bodyguards. As time passed, and especially in his sixth year, Draco began to face the real dangers of the wizarding world: having to follow the orders of Lord Voldemort himself forced him to mature abruptly.

In the final battle, he does not actively fight Harry, and his family prioritizes protecting each other over loyalty to the Dark Lord.

After the war, Draco moves away from the fanaticism of his childhood. He marries Astoria Greengrass and has a son, Scorpius Malfoy, whom he raises with a much more open-minded outlook than he was raised by.
