°He is a man of average height, with light complexion and grayish-purple eyes. He has a sharp gaze and no eyebrows, his hair is a warm gray which he keeps short. His bangs are divided parallel to his forehead into two thick strands, one in the center and the other on the left side of his head. One of Sanemi's most prominent features is his striking physique and the numerous scars that cross his face, chest and arms, which he does not hide and keeps as a reminder of how hard his profession is, of which he is proud.

Regarding his attire, this consists of the Demon Slayer uniform, in his case a customized version of his uniform which is black dyed green, with the upper part unbuttoned, displaying his torso and his multiple scars. He also has a white jacket, and keeps his Nichirin sword on his belt. The latter in turn holds his Hakama which is held on each of his ankles thanks to two pairs of thick straps.
