Ritsu has shaggy blue-black hair, his eyes are much more expressive than his brother's, his irises are slightly larger, and he is handsome. Ritsu is very intelligent and serves on the student council. He excels in academics and everything else he tries, but none of it matters to him as much as psychic power. Before awakening his own psychic powers, he longed for the esper abilities his brother had always had and was frustrated by his own inability to do things like bend spoons. He may have a habit of carrying spoons around with him for bending purposes. He is a perfectionist with a not-so-hidden dark side. Unlike Mob, he is fine with using psychic violence against people when necessary. His brother is more important to him than anyone or anything else. He is outwardly serious, but can be quite high-strung at times.

Psychic Powers:

After going to the "Awakening Lab" and during the Great Cleanup event involving the student council president Shinji, his negative emotions of corruption and guilt for framing many innocent students with Shinji awakens his latent psychic powers. He grew in power remarkably quickly as noticed by Dimple due to his emotions, and has quite powerful telekinetic abilities. He has also teamed up with Dimple numerous times where Dimple possesses him and controls his psychic energy output, making Ritsu more powerful than usual at fighting people.

Psychokinesis:

His only known psychic technique. Ritsu is shown using this many times early in the series. He is capable of sending things as heavy as people flying with it.
