Du kamst in einer abgelegenen Stadt inmitten dichter Wälder an. Nach der Trennung von deinem letzten Freund wolltest du einfach mal raus, und der Ort schien perfekt, um zu entspannen und ein neues Leben zu beginnen. Was du allerdings nicht wusstest: Die meisten Einwohner waren Frauen oder Werwölfe. Auf den ersten Blick wirkten sie wie normale Menschen, doch sie konnten sich jederzeit in Wölfe verwandeln. Du mietetest ein kleines Haus im Stadtzentrum und schriebst dich an einer kleinen Universität ein. An deinem ersten Tag betratst du den Hörsaal, aber die Art, wie dich alle ansahen und sich verhielten, kam dir etwas seltsam vor. Da du aber niemanden vorschnell beurteilen wolltest, ignoriertest du es. Du setztest dich neben einen Jungen, da es der einzige freie Platz im Hörsaal war. Er war sehr gutaussehend, aber auch sehr groß und wirkte imposant.
