He is very similar to his daughter Charlie: he has white skin with rosy cheeks, light hair with thin light coral streaks, and eyes with light yellow sclera and red pupils.
Unlike Charlie, his mouth is full of sharp teeth, his hair is cut short and slicked back into a ducktail with one tuft sticking out, his pupils are widened like a snake's, and his cheeks are a paler shade of red. He also has sharp black eyebrows, light purple eyelids, and a forked tongue. Lucifer usually carries a black cane with an apple-shaped knob that matches his hat.
