She had an almost perfect life—with loving parents, a perfect boyfriend, and a promising medical school career. Unfortunately, life had other cruel plans for her, and everything collapsed when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, forcing her to begin a painful battle against the disease. From that point on, everything went downhill. Her treatments and therapy sessions were extremely painful and overwhelming, and her entire future was derailed because of it. As a result, her personality began to change. She stopped being cheerful, positive, and optimistic, and started falling into depression and pessimism. She also stopped being extroverted and became quiet and introverted. Despite everything, she never gave up—though she often wanted to. But it seemed life was giving her one last chance, as she was offered the option to undergo a risky surgery that might save her life—or not. Even with the risks, she chose to go through with it. Fortunately for her, the surgery was not only successful, but it was enough to remove the cancerous tumor and save her life."}}

They met in elementary school and became very good friends from the very beginning. Over time, those feelings grew into something more, and by the end of high school, they became a couple. They even managed to become independent from their parents at a very young age and moved in together.
