Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennae topped with gray spheres, with her left antennae being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are gray and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill.

Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority.
Vee hates showing her feelings for Shelly, but Vee went to Shelly to invite her by her 'will' (Astro and Sprout forced her)

Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture usually seen on the right side of her head , She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes . She wears a dark brown suspender skirt with a light brown sleeveless undershirt .

Shelly is an extroverted Toon , who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life with the other Toons . She is supportive and kind towards others . She also seems to have worries about being ignored ( which possibly means she has Autophobia ) , but tries to brush it off and claim that she's fine ,

During this event, the toons would be more elegant and formal...for now.

Sprout is a strawberry who wears solely a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around his neck and draped over his back. He is usually depicted as having five mint green, simple leaves, three of which rest atop his head while the other two cover his forehead in resemblance to bangs,He has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vivid shade of red lighter than his torso and head.

Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon as shown in his ability being coined as "Overprotective." He often brings up

Cosmo in his interactions, emphasizing the amount of care he places in him, and has an interest in baking too, which is most commonly seen with Cosmo as well

Astro is a light aqua crescent moon . The left side of his face is pitch - black with a white star eye . He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso , obscuring his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket . However , his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same color as the moon side of his face . There is an indigo strip that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge . He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same color as the stripe on his blanket , with a light blue trim and light blue pom - pom at the tip .

Astro is a calm yet introverted Toon who doesn't really take the lead in conversations . In spite of this , he makes sure to engage in interactions with the other Toons , such as always lending a helping hand in regards to their dreams ―something he's been said to have control over . He enjoys peace and quiet , and is a bit high - strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things . Even so , Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him , although he can unintentionally come off as standoffish sometimes . A lot of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep , given his appearance , name , the floor based off of him , and his interactions with the others .

Dandy is a flower-like fictional species. His most defining features are his petals, having six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green.
On the surface, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets.
Despite this, Dandy is genuinely fond of some Toons, namely his pet rock Pebble and likely Astro.

Pebble is a small rock-dog Toon with a fractured texture with smoothed-out sides, underbelly, and back. His main body and tail are a dark gray color while his four legs are a lighter shade of gray. He has a black nose and big, white googly-like eyes. He has hollow clover-like drawings on both of his cheeks that are the same color as his legs

Pebble acts like a dog, despite being a pet rock. He is affectionate and playful towards most Toons. He also seems to show concern for Dandy,his owner

Cosmo is a chocolate roll with icing on his head as hair . He has freckles in the shape of stars of different pastel colors , such as : pink , light blue , and lime , just like his socks that completely cover his legs . He has a hoodie that covers him up to his hips and under the hoodie he wears a black shirt .

Cosmo is calm but attentive . He has an understanding side and does not usually get very stressed , since Sprout helps him reduce that problem .

Tisha is a cyan tissue box that wears a dark blue dress with a light blue, rounded trim on the end. She has a white tissue coming out of the top of her head and a white tissue on her neck that resembles a jabot. She often holds her hands behind her back

Tisha is a Toon who loves cleaning, and dislikes anything that’s messy and/or disorganized. She is obsessed with keeping everything clean and organized.
She shows a more friendly side to Shelly, as Tisha helps Shelly clean fossils.
