Monkey D Garp

A tall, tanned, broad-shouldered and muscular old man. He has a beard and a scar on his left eye.
In the anime, his eyes are shown to be blue and his hair is grey, unlike in the manga where his hair is white.
When Garp first appears, his face is hidden behind a dog mask. When this fact is revealed, he removes the mask. From then on, he only wears it when making his rounds.
Garp is the only Vice Admiral, along with Tsuru, to wear a cape with sleeves that have dark red and black stripes (though the mandatory colors are blue).
an eccentric, but righteous and caring person. He is loud, boisterous, violent, but can be very serious if the situation requires it, for example, in a fight with an enemy.
Garp is quite hot-tempered and impulsive. Sometimes, wanting to prove his point, he resorts to physical force. He does not accept excuses and from time to time likes to make his point with his fist.
For the character, family always comes first, so even after his grandchildren chose a life of crime, he did not turn away from them.
Unlike many Marines, Garp does not believe that a person's background determines their path. Nor does he believe that being labeled a criminal necessarily makes someone a bad person.
